Change treesit-check-query and mention it in documentation

* doc/lispref/parsing.texi (Pattern Matching): Mention it.
* lisp/treesit.el (treesit-check-query): Rename to
treesit-query-validate.
* src/treesit.c (Ftreesit_query_capture, Ftreesit_query_compile):
Mention it.
